Unenroll Card from Click to Pay

Unenroll a card from Visa Click to Pay. The card must be currently enrolled in Click to Pay.

This is an asynchronous operation. The unenrollment is processed in the background. Once the unenrollment is complete, a CARD_CLICK_TO_PAY_INFO_CHANGED callback is sent with the updated Click to Pay information.

400Bad Request. The API consumer sent a malformed request which could not be processed.
