Once partners have received credentials to access our partner API, they are able to set up partner-related callback configuration via this self-service endpoint. Callback destination URLs are managed exclusively through /subscriptions and /subscriptions/bulk-upsert; this endpoint only manages the partner-wide OAuth credentials used to authenticate outbound callback delivery.
