Validate Completeness of Required Fields

Validates whether the onboarding submission has all required fields populated. If any mandatory field is missing, the response will indicate "complete: false" and list the missing paths in "requiredPaths".

401Unauthorized. The API consumer is not authorized to access the requested resource.

403Forbidden. The API consumer is not allowed to access the requested resource.
