Overview

We basically differentiate between two scenarios when it comes to shara data of a Pliant customer:

1. An existing Pliant customer wants to use one of our partner integrations, which we promote on our app. The Pliant customer is also a customer of the partner he wants to integrate - or the Pliant customer might become a customer of the partner for the sake of the integration.
   ➡ Existing Pliant customers starts integration
2. An existing partner customer wants to start using Pliant through the integration the partner provides. The partner customer is currently not a customer of Pliant. Thus the partner refers a new customer to Pliant.
   ➡ Partner customer is referred to Pliant

Depending on the scenario, the technical integration is different. Please find more details in the respective pages for your integration scenario.

The first scenario is most likely for the synced scope. The second scenario together with the first one is most likely for the embedded scope.
