Integration Scenarios
When it comes to sharing data for a Pliant customer, we differentiate between two key scenarios:

Existing Pliant Customer Starts Integration
An existing Pliant customer wants to use one of our partner integrations, which are promoted within the Pliant app. This customer may already be a customer of the partner offering the integration or may become one specifically for the sake of the integration.

Partner Customer is Referred to Pliant
An existing partner customer wants to start using Pliant through the integration provided by the partner. In this case, the partner customer is currently not a Pliant customer, and the partner refers this new customer to Pliant.

Technical Integration Overview
The technical integration differs based on the scenario. For more details, refer to the respective pages linked above.
- Scenario 1 (Existing Pliant Customer): Most relevant for the Sync Scope.
- Scenario 2 (Partner Customer Referral): Often used in combination with Scenario 1 and is most relevant for the Embedded Scope.
