Embedded Wallet

The Embedded Wallet scope is designed for scenarios where new users of partner apps should be automatically invited to the Pliant app and provided with an initial set of cards based on preset company policies. This scope includes the following capabilities:

Capabilities

• Organization Data: Read basic information about the organization, such as the full legal name and status.
• Cardholder Data: Access cardholder information, including title, name, email address, mobile number, and status.
• Cardholder Management:
  • Invite new cardholders to the Pliant app.
  • Deactivate cardholders (active cards are automatically terminated upon deactivation).
• Card Data: Read basic information about cards (excluding limit, spending data, and card security details).
• Card Requests: Request new cards for cardholders.

Scope Applicability

This scope is suitable for partners with the following requirements:

• Automatic User Invitation:
  • Automatically invite new users from the partner app to the Pliant app. This is particularly useful for HR management and expense management applications.
• Shared Responsibility:
  • Customer interactions happen entirely within the partner app, while administrative tasks, such as approving card requests, are managed in the Pliant admin app.

Use Case Example

HR/Expense Management Integration

Every new user of a customer organization registered in the partner app is automatically invited to Pliant. These users receive a co-branded partner card with a pre-set monthly card and transaction limit. This setup streamlines onboarding and ensures users have immediate access to Pliant functionality.
