Onboarding of a new Organization

Introduction

The onboarding of a new organization (=customer) is a complex process, mainly because of the necessary risk and compliance checks that are carried out.

Normally such a process takes between 1-10 business days. Whereas the majority will be finished within one week. The more the customer participates in this process, the faster it can be completed. It, therefore, helps a lot to set the expectations right when talking to potential new customers. The better the understanding of the process is, the faster it will be completed.

States during Onboarding

There are several internal states that an organization needs to go through before becoming active and being able to actually use the credit cards.

The most important state changes are exposed to our partners via callbacks to allow visualization of these in the respective apps and websites.
