Onboarding an Organization

Onboarding a new organization (customer) is a complex process due to the necessary risk and compliance checks.

This process typically takes between 1-10 business days, with most cases being completed within one week. The more actively the customer participates, the quicker the process can be finalized. Setting clear expectations when engaging with potential new customers is crucial. A better understanding of the process will help expedite its completion.

States During Onboarding

An organization goes through several internal states before becoming active and being able to use credit cards.

The most significant state changes are made available to our partners through callbacks. These callbacks facilitate the visualization of state changes in partner apps and websites.
